Cross-functional teams
Product, ops, and leadership stay aligned when every group chat gets a concise daily brief.
LINE · AI · Files · Export
RoomBrief ingests group messages and attachments, stores photos and files in your workspace quota, generates AI digests on your schedule, and exports to CSV or Google Sheets — so nothing important disappears when LINE’s retention window ends.
Sign up and add @roombrief to your first LINE group in minutes
Official LINE bot
Search for @roombrief in LINE or use the button above, then invite the bot into the group you want to summarize.

Many LINE rooms
Link groups to one workspace and keep each room’s history organized.
Files that stay
LINE chat media expires — RoomBrief stores attachments in your plan quota so the team can still open them later.
On your schedule
Automatic digests at the time you choose, plus manual runs when you need them.
CSV & Sheets
Download summaries or sync them to spreadsheets your team already uses.
How it works
From linking a LINE group to summaries your team can use right away.
Official LINE bot
Search for @roombrief in LINE or use the button above, then invite the bot into the group you want to summarize.
Generate a link code in the app or with #link-gen, add @roombrief to the group, and post #link {code}. Owners/admins: also link your LINE account under Settings → Profile so bot commands recognize you. Messages and attachments copy into your workspace.
RoomBrief processes messages (and can describe images) to create concise summaries with your chosen AI model.
Review in the dashboard, share secure summary links back to LINE, or push rows to Google Sheets for the wider team.
Features
Capture messages and attachments, summarize with AI, and share with your team — all in one place.
Add @roombrief to your group, link the room to your workspace, and messages flow in automatically.
Type #summary, #status, #help, or #notify in the group. #help is a swipeable carousel by role. Admins can toggle attachment digests in LINE; new AI runs show a credit estimate before you confirm.
Table or read-only chat simulation — search text, LINE image albums, quoted-reply jump, copy messages, unsent markers, and one-click summarize for the filtered date range.
Photos, documents, and stickers from LINE are saved to your workspace. Each plan includes storage (MB); buy add-ons in the app when you need more — similar to topping up LINE, but tied to your archive and summaries.
Pick models, language, and instructions. Run on a daily schedule or trigger manually.
Download CSV or sync summaries to Google Sheets for reporting and handoffs.
Set a daily window so summaries land before stand-up — no one has to scroll hundreds of messages.
Invite colleagues with roles. Link your personal LINE account under Settings → Profile so the bot recognizes you for #link-gen and admin commands — separate from linking a group.
Use cases
Any team that runs on LINE and needs a reliable written record.
Product, ops, and leadership stay aligned when every group chat gets a concise daily brief.
Capture decisions, site photos, and files from busy LINE threads — still available in RoomBrief after LINE media expires.
Track agreements and action items across client and contractor groups in one dashboard.
Spot recurring issues and escalations from high-volume chats with AI-assisted summaries.
Integrations
RoomBrief sits between LINE and your reporting stack — no rip-and-replace.
Official bot @roombrief — link groups with a one-time code; messages and attachments flow into workspace storage. LIFF opens summary share links (members only, no RoomBrief account required) and profile linking from Settings (workspace login required).
Official LINE bot
Optional workspace-wide export appends each new summary as a row with room name and metadata.
Choose the model per workspace. Usage is metered in credits so costs stay predictable.

Data security
RoomBrief separates workspace access from in-chat sharing. Summaries and files stay in your organization boundary — with verification when links leave the app.
Workspace owners, admins, and members sign in to the web app with role-based access. In LINE, admin commands (#link-gen, #notify) need a linked profile (Settings → Profile). Casual group guests can request existing summary links; new AI runs require an admin or whoever linked the room.
Shared summary links open in LINE with LIFF. We verify the viewer’s LINE identity token and check they are still a member of that group or room before showing content. Copied URLs or expired tokens are blocked.
Summary URLs carry a signed token that expires in about five minutes. Request a fresh link from the bot or dashboard if it lapses — there is no anonymous public summary page.
Sensitive integration credentials (for example Google Sheets refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest. Chat attachments are stored in private object storage behind your workspace quota, not on public URLs.
FAQ
Quick answers before you connect your first LINE group.
No — you use RoomBrief’s official bot @roombrief. You can generate a link code in the app, or from an already linked LINE room using #link-gen. Then add @roombrief to the target group and post #link {code} once.
Only if you want owner/admin bot powers in LINE (#link-gen, #notify, full #status). Link the group first with #link, then sign in to RoomBrief → Settings → Profile → Connect LINE. This is separate from opening summary share links — group members without a RoomBrief account can still open LIFF summary links if they are in the chat. You can disconnect LINE from Profile anytime; changes appear in the audit log.
Yes. Each linked room has a Messages tab with a table view and a read-only chat simulation. Use shared date filters, search text, copy messages, open LINE image albums as a grid, jump to quoted replies, and summarize the range you are viewing. From a summary card, View in chat opens the same period. New messages show a badge when you scroll up. Withdrawn (unsent) messages stay visible but marked. Nothing you do in the dashboard is sent back to LINE.
Use #status for room info (detail depends on role and whether your LINE profile is linked). #summary (or #สรุป) returns a link — default yesterday — or add a date, today/yesterday, or a range. #summary latest for the newest digest. #help opens a swipeable carousel. #notify on|off (or #แจ้งไฟล์) toggles batched file digests in the group — owners/admins with a linked profile only; default off. New AI runs: workspace owners/admins or whoever linked the room; confirm with #confirm / #cancel. Existing summary links in chat are free for anyone (cooldown). Dashboard or scheduled auto-share uses credits per delivery.
Chat content stays in your workspace for summaries and storage you enable. AI providers receive message text only when you run a summary or optional image description. Shared summary links use short-lived signed tokens and LIFF checks that the opener is still in the LINE group. We encrypt sensitive credentials, store attachments in private storage, and log billing, sharing, and admin actions in an audit trail. Details: Privacy Policy §7–9 and the Data security section above.
The dashboard requires a RoomBrief login and workspace role. A summary link in LINE is for current members of that chat only — verified with LIFF at open time; you do not need a RoomBrief account. Workspace guests in LINE cannot use #link-gen or #notify; they can still request links to summaries that already exist.
LINE only keeps chat media for a limited time — after that, photos and files in the thread are no longer available. RoomBrief copies attachments into your workspace storage while the bot is in the group, so your team can still view them in the app. Each plan includes a storage quota (see Pricing); you can buy storage add-ons with credits if you need more, like upgrading capacity on LINE but for your RoomBrief archive.
Messages are ingested while the bot is in the group and kept to generate summaries, store attachments you need beyond LINE’s expiry, and support exports you request. We do not sell chat data. AI subprocessors (OpenAI and/or Gemini) process content only for features you trigger. See our Privacy Policy for retention, Google sign-in, Sheets export, and LIFF verification logs.
Workspaces can use OpenAI and/or Google Gemini models configured on the server. You control summary language and custom instructions per room or workspace.
Each plan has a price, billing period in days, included credits, active room limits, and attachment storage (MB) on the Pricing page. AI usage beyond included credits is billed in-app at model rates (1 credit = ฿1). Extra storage or room slots are available as credit-priced add-ons. Owners can top up credits and renew plans with PromptPay QR in billing when enabled. Sharing summary links from the dashboard or on a schedule may charge a small per-message credit fee; in-chat requests for existing summaries do not.
No. You can review summaries in the dashboard and download CSV anytime. Sheets export is optional and can be disconnected from Google Account settings.
Create a free account from Get started — you will land in the product app where plans and credits apply. This marketing site only describes the service.
Current LINE group or room members can open links from LINE after LIFF login — we re-check membership with LINE Platform APIs. Workspace dashboard access is separate (your team’s login). Links expire in about five minutes; forwarding a URL does not bypass verification. Screenshots and manual resharing are still possible, as with any chat content.
Connect your first group, schedule summaries, and share with the team — in minutes.
